For referrers
Making a referral?
We accept referrals from CTP and WorkCover insurers, case managers and rehabilitation consultants, and GPs and allied health professionals. Clients can also contact us directly. No referral is needed.
Please include whatever you have to hand:
- Your details: name, organisation and the best way to reach you
- The client's details: name, phone number and a good time to call
- Funding: CTP, WorkCover, case-managed or private, with a claim number if there is one
- What you're asking for: an OT driver assessment, psychological support, on-road rehabilitation, or simply a conversation about what would fit
- Any relevant reports: medical, allied health or previous assessments
We acknowledge every referral. If we are not the right service for your client, we will tell you.
