Your privacy
This page explains what happens to the information you send through this website. It does not cover how we handle client records once you become a client — ask us and we will explain that separately.
The contact form
What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry, we collect the name, phone number, email address and message you provide. We use these to reply to you and to keep a record that you contacted us.
We also record which page you sent the enquiry from and the browser you used. We do not store your IP address — only a one-way coded version of it, which lets us block automated spam without keeping the address itself.
You choose what goes in the message box. You do not need to tell us anything about your health, your injury or your accident in order to make an enquiry.
Where it goes
Storage
Enquiries are stored in a secure database hosted in Sydney, Australia, and sent to the Safe2Go email account. Your information stays in Australia.
Access is restricted to Safe2Go. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Your rights
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us what information we hold from your enquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
If you are not happy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
